The Meerkat 25x is a fully hydraulic drilling rig designed for drilling in underground locations with
capacity to drill in any position and angle in tunnels of Minimum dimensions of H:2.2m by W:1.5m.
The Meerkat 25x is capable of handling 2.4m, 1.8m, 1.2m and 0.6m rods thanks to the different mast
lengths available for it and can be mounted on wheels using hydraulic drive for easy portability or
using hydraulic crawlers for better traction. It has an electric power source thus eliminating
environmentally unfriendly toxic combustion gases. It is equipped with a powerful 7kw hydraulic
drifter, capable of drilling efficiently up to a depth of 10 meters in 36mm (optimal diameter) depending
on the geological formation, ability of operator and the weight of the tools being used as well as the
drill diameter.
