The National Custom Single Belt Dryer has multiple applications such as in ovens, toasters and refrigerators. To the transport the product on a conveyor base through various temperature zones, heat transfers air and extracts moisture of the product. Careful treatment of the product is guaranteed, since the product does not regroup or decrease during drying. The simple belt dryer is used for processing snacks, granola breakfast cereals, fruits and vegetables frozen dehydrated, synthetic rubber, polymers like SAP and PAN, chemicals and industrial products
Single belt dryer uses separate temperature zones each other to adapt the thermal process to specific needs customer, and maximize heat transfer efficiency and mass. When passing through the separate processing area, the product is subjected to air flow conditions and specific temperature. By precisely adjusting the volume of air current, air temperature and humidity, the properties of product can be developed or preserved with a high efficiency of operation and low costs of technical resources. The double option chamber (link) allows the highest possible homogeneity of the humidity with a uniform supply of air flow to both sides of the product layer.
