The Neri Marchesini BL400 VTE, a pinnacle in the realm of linear labelers, is a product of NERI’s extensive expertise in self-adhesive application. This machine series boasts a unique balcony construction that simplifies clearance procedures. It features a fail-safe positive transport system for cartons in pitch and an ergonomic design that confines accessibility to a mere 70 cm, segregating the machine into three distinct zones: operational, mechanical, and electrical.

The BL machines can operate in-line with other packaging machines or independently when equipped with necessary infeed and outfeed devices for boxes. Standard features include a stainless steel balcony construction, an on-board electrical cabinet, and easy rear access to electrical and mechanical components. The machine also includes a large door fitted with a security switch.

The machine ensures stable carton transport during tamper-evident seals application (VTE and TE) through an upper conveyor belt and toothed belts. It is managed by a PLC with fail-safe positive logic. Other features include an automatic unwinder, twin horizontal conveyor belt for product bunching at in-feed, and a mechanical timing device for carton dispensing on the main toothed conveyor belts.

The machine also offers label dispensing with stepping motor drive, automatic work speed synchronization of motors, self-diagnosis on a 6” color touch display on a swiveling arm, and an automatic label changing system with keyboard setup and memory for different label sizes. It also includes controls for minimum load at the inlet and maximum load at the outlet. The machine operates at a maximum rate of 400 Pcs/min, with a label speed of 0 ÷ 50 m/min, and requires a standard electric power supply of 380 - 220 V-50 Hz. It consumes 20 Nl/min of compressed air at a pressure of 6 bar.
