The OBL SAXON SR1000 is an industrial continuous sealer that operates on the principle of heat transfer by radiation. It features a pair of radiant heater bars that radiate heat to the top of the bag, penetrating through the outer layer to the inner liner. The heat is then used to form a permanent airtight seal by compressing the two heated inner portions of the bag together with pressure wheels.

The SR1000 is versatile and can seal various types of bags, including paper bags with a PE coating or with a PE inner liner, PE bags with a header card, and foil bags. It operates on a power supply of 220-240 VAC, with each of the heater bars having a power of 400W. The maximum current is 6.5A.

The SR1000 also comes with a belt conveyor measuring 400x3500mm, enhancing its functionality and efficiency in sealing operations. This makes it a robust and reliable choice for various industrial applications.
