Hand Sanitiser and E-Liquid OMAS Filling Machine, can be used to fill many liquids and gels.

OMAS Model M16 Monobloc fully automatic machine, constructed in 316L grade stainless steel. Four head inline format liquid filling station with variable speed 100mm wide slat-band conveyor and infeed/out-feed gating control. Star-wheel transfer of filled bottles to the plugging/insert and cap placement station supplied from two stainless OZAF vibratory feeders located at the rear of the machine. Bottles then progress to the pre-set torque capping station and then back onto the conveyor. Separate control panel for all machine functions. It is fully guarded with electrical safety interlock devices on all opening panels.

A wraparound labeller added to the machine in a in-line fashion.

Previously used to fill nasal spray in a clean room environment, currently filling 50ml hand sanitisers.
