Overhauled Hartmann GBK-420 SL-30 Packing and Slicing machine Line

This is an Overhauled Line by Hartmann which consists out of overhauled Hartmann SL-30 Selectra slicing Machine and Hartmann GBK-420 packing machine that is undergoing an overhaul process by our company.

We will provide 6 months warranty for our work and this machine will either be sold together or separately.

Hartmann GBK-420 Packing machine is equipped with the following:

– Undergoing the Overhaul at this moment
– PLC-Omron with Touch Screen, Converter – by Hitachi (Omron)
– Units for packaging sliced bread
– 1 sets of bag openers – depending on clients need
– Device for halves loaves
– Swivel device for turning one part, 180-degree loaf of bread
– Automatic shop ABM packages
– Lengthening of the conveyor for the packaging of non-sliced bread (Option)
– Special filter assembly (REACTIVE FILTER)
– Bags Clips Unit
– HPD printer with up to 9 digits
– Kit performance (depending on the product) 60 Units / Min

Hartmann SL-30 slicing machine is equipped with the following:

- The machine went through a full overhaul process in 2020 by us
- PLC-Omron with Touch Screen, Converter – by Hitachi (Omron) left-side design.
- Including 1 set of knife guides (set the required thickness of the slice) 8.5mm or 9.0mm or other depending on client needs.
- Automatic knife tension
- Device for lubrication near the lower drum (oil from wiping knives)
- Synchronization conveyor
- A plate for dividing the bread in half
