Used Pellegrini (IT) coating drum model T-300. Maximal batch size up to 200 kg. Machine has horizontal insulated drum, internal contact parts are designed in stainless steel. Diameter 1540 mm x 355 mm straight side of the wall. Drum has conical shape at both sides, with openings, each with diameter 500 mm. Drum is mounted on carbon steel pedestal and runs on rolls. Rolls are chain driven via vari-speed gearbox and el motor 2.2 kW, 1380 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 hz, Ex design (EEx-dIIAIIB). Working rotation mechanically adjustable in range from 40 up to 210 rpm. Machine has also air heating station and local control panel. Station is equipped with two centrifugal blowers, driven by el. motors – 4 kW and 1.1 kW. Both motors are Ex proof rated (EEx-dIIAIIB).
