Listing description

The PILOUS ARG 260 CF-NC automatic band saw, built in 2020 in the Czech Republic, is designed for cutting metal details. The structure of the machine, made of gray cast iron, effectively eliminates vibrations and guarantees high durability and exceptional stability, even when cutting heavy elements. The band saw arm allows easy band replacement, thanks to the hinged lid that remains in the upper position when opened.

The cutter works in manual, semi-automatic and automatic modes, allowing you to freely set the cutting angle in the range from 45 ° to 90 ° and the cutting speed in the range from 15 to 90 m / min. For the process of cutting details, a saw blade inclined by 3 °, 2880 mm long, 27 mm wide and 0.9 mm high, is used. The servo motor and the saw ball screw ensure high speed and excellent accuracy of the workpiece feed.

Programming as many as 60 programs of the tape belt operation is guaranteed by the installed CNC control operated by the HMI SCHNEIDER MAGELIS panel with a large color touch screen. The automatic cutter is also equipped with, for example, a table with rollers for moving the detail with a length of 3 m and a band saw tension indicator. The total weight of the machine is 910 kg.
