Thanks to its horizontal hot-air ventilation system, this all-stainless steel food dehydrator is ideal for all fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, spices and other dried products that can withstand drying temperatures from 30° to 70°C.

Food drying time and temperature are easily and precisely set using the timer and digital thermostat.
