Ronchi, thanks to its great experience gained through more than half a century of activity in the packaging industry, has generated another innovation: the SIRIO Capper Machine with electronic cam, which is a post-modern evolution of the mechanical cam that, thanks to the electronic technology progress, is now becoming more widespread in different fields of application. The Ronchi Sirio Capping Machine covers a wide range of applications for various types of closures used in the personal care, detergent, pharmaceutical and food industries. Ronchi Sirio cappers are suitable for the application of a range of closures including plastic press-on or screw-on caps and either spray, dispenser or trigger style pumps.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is equipped with 8 capping heads for screw caps and 8 capping heads for doser caps. The capping heads can rotate, position, pre-position, screw and clamp the caps through a series of parameters that can be set up by means of the user interface. The capping machine is complete with: infeed conveyer belt for screw caps, infeed conveyer belt for dosing caps, Siemens HMI. One capper shall apply the caps on the containers by means of special interchangeable handling heads. The other capper shall apply the doser caps on the containers, over which have already placed the cap.
