The RS Pack VPE 180/SD25 Bagging Machine is a state-of-the-art device designed for the automatic dosing, packaging, and weight control of powders. It is capable of molding and printing on composite film to create tubular bags simultaneously. The machine can handle filling quantities ranging from 40g to 100g and 500g to 1000g.

The machine operates on a power supply of 400V with a maximum of 20A and requires compressed air of 6bar, with a maximum of 500l/min. It can produce flat pouches with a film width of 180mm, which corresponds to a pouch width of approximately 8cm, suitable for 40g-100g filling. For larger fillings of 500g-1000g, it creates stand-up pouches with a base format of 130x75mm, corresponding to a film width of 435mm.

Both pouch formats are sealed with longitudinal and transverse seams, each 5mm wide, ensuring an airtight pouch. The machine’s output speed is impressive, producing over 20 bags per minute for the 40g-100g format and more than 10 bags per minute for the 500g-1000g format.
