The SM320 supports BGA/CSP/uBGA components with its sophisticated vision alignment system. It has a feeder capacity of up to 120 x 8mm feeders and a component library with over 1,800 types. With ±0.03mm placement accuracy, it accommodates component sizes from 0402mm chips to 55mm ICs.
