The SMH200 indicator for which a patent application for industrial utility has been submitted (Messina Chamber of Commerce 13 June 2023) is an assembly of components fully certified in compliance with European Community regulations CE, IP67, explosion-proof ATEX and only requires machine self-certification for assembled products (marking) and internal production control (as per documented RINA information request history)

Investment required for the manufacturing and marking of the equipment and of €6000 for each device against a potential revenue from containment of hydrocarbon losses, quantifiable up to 4 million euros per year for each 9000 cubic meter tank, as per investigations market conducted through direct testimonies from the technical directors of some of the most important Italian refineries (documentable).

Economic request for the transfer of industrial exploitation rights to be subsequently quantified on the basis of the beneficial economic effects in the annual budget for the customer, deriving from the containment of product loss and the transfer of the accidentally spilled quantity to reclamation treatment, obtained through the installation of the indicators .
