Seidenader visual inspection machine capable of speeds of up to 150 objects per minute.

Star wheel tray infeed and straight line discharge to tray.

Can be tooled for ampoules, vials, infusion bottles, cartridges, prefilled syringes, and diagnostic tubes of all sizes between 0.5ml and 1000ml with change parts available from OEM.

Currently tooled for vial 10ml and 16mm to 20mm diameter.

Machine has simultaneous inspection for several criteria: particulate matter, glass defects, bottom, shoulder and cap area, cracks, dirt, etc.

Inspection machine increases the operators ability to detect defects in the product by using a range of light systems, magnifying lenses, and coloured light filters.

Machine size: 3000mm x 1600mm x 1800mm high, approx. weight 200kg.
