Seidenader visual inspection machine capable of speeds of up to 150 objects per minute. Can be tooled for ampoules, vials, infusion bottles, cartridges, prefilled syringes and diagnostic tubes of all sizes between 0.5ml and 1000ml with change parts available from OEM. Comes with format parts and tooling for ampoules 10ml, 12ml and 20ml and vials 2ml and 5ml. Complete with vial/ampoule manual cassette infeed system and distribution star wheel mechanism continuously feeding the visual inspection unit. Equipped with a reject station and brown Perspex covers factory fitted to main mechanisms. Straight line discharge to outfeed conveyor. Simultaneous inspection for several criteria: particulate matter, glass defects, bottom, shoulder and cap area, cracks, dirt, etc. This inspection machine increases the operators ability to detect defects in the product by using a range of light systems, magnifying lenses, and coloured light filters.
