Siebler (Romaco Group) complete packing line for tablets comprising:

- Ottenschlaeger FEEDLIFT 8 tablet feeding and elevating system, Siebler HM1/350 heat sealing strip packer with tooling for 'shaped strips', maximum working width 350 mm, maximum number of product lanes 15.
- Siebler FlexTrans 2/900 Flexpicker system (Pick & Place), suitable for working with packs 40-120 mm wide, 45-200 mm long, maximum stacking height (for cartoner) 245 mm, maximum stacking height (buffer magazine) 200 mm, output up to 720 packages per minute.
- Promatic (Romaco Group) PC4250 continuous motion horizontal cartoner. Carton size range min. 20x15x60 mm (AxBxC), max. 120x80x250 mm (AxBxC), reverse tuck closure (airplane tuck and 5 flat closure also possible) glue closure with Nordson PROBlue 4 hot melt applicator also possible. Fitted with GUK leaflet folder from reel. Nominal output up to 200 cartons per minute

The line was run at up to 300 strokes per minute. on 5 strips each containing 4 tablets (therefore 6.000 tablets/minute or 360,000 tablets per hour) Build years 2012-2015.
