Listing description

CNC SMD PBH 110-3100-3C press brake, built in 2008, is used to bend metal sheets with a pressure of 110 tons. Metal details with a maximum length of 3100 mm are processed in the X, Y1 and Y2 axes.

The CNC press is equipped with, among others CYBELEC DNC 880S CNC controller with a very useful function of automatic compensation of the deflection arrow. Numerical control calculates the optimal compensation value, and then sets it in the machine, which guarantees obtaining the desired bending angle along the entire length of the processed sheet. The total weight of the bending machine is 8,500 kg.
