When we purchased the machine, we were told it is fully functional. However, we were never able to get it to fully boot into the OS. It will start to turn on and then throws a hard drive error.

This can be fixed by a decent technician, either by replacing the hard drive and/or re-installing the OS. The rest of the equipment we bought from the dealer 3 years ago, were accurately described and all of the equipment worked. We think something happened when the MB806 was in transit or the hard drive is just corrupted/damaged. Overall, the rest of the machine looks excellent and should be fully functional.

Standard Features:

Balanced Control Print Head: Frictionless electropneumatic controls ensure the most accurate and repeatable pressure control for precise paste deposition. Print speed, blade attack angle, squeegee down-stop, and left and right print pressures all can be independently adjusted for both front and rear squeegee blades. Actual print pressures are monitored fives times per second during the print stroke and adjusted real-time using closed-loop feedback control. Automatic down-stop allows controlled compliance to board topography and eliminates stencil coining and “snap-back”.

Tactile Sensor:
