Hardly used cocoa bean husk crusher and separator.
Three vibrating sieves for different sizes of cocoa nibs with adjustable air flow.
The system consists of an electrically powered, size-adjustable cocoa bean grinder that crushes the whole bean – raw or roasted – and an extractor that separates and separates the husks with up to 99% efficiency.
Crushed cocoa beans are sent through three vibrating sieves. In the process, the vacuum system sucks up all the peels and pushes them into the collection bag.
Pieces of cocoa beans, or "nibs", fall through the chute into collection containers and are ready for grinding.
