Stainless steel mixing vessel

Listing description

Stainless steel mixing vessel in 316 grade, with mirror polished finish and made to a very high level of quality. The conical body is 300mm dia and approx 140mm dia at its base, depth of the vessel is 600mm to top flange face, approx gross volume is 14litres. The vessel body section has a stainless steel jacket also with highly polished finish. There is a stainless tank with an immersion heater for supply to the vessel jacket. There is flange mounted bolted top cover with a Teflon seal. There is a centrally located mixer, 20mm dia shaft with profiled mixer head driven from a 0.37kw motor with variable speed control. Vessel bottom outlet is 25mm dia with hygienic valve + "triclover" fitting attached to the product discharge pump. 0.15kw 1380rpm with variable speed control. The vessel stands on three 40mm dia s/s legs which are mounted onto a 560mm dia baseplate which is located on a mobile s/s platform base 1380mm x 610mm. There is a full feature s/s control panel and what appears to be a liquid dosing system by MKK.
