Listing description

The straw pelleting line is equipped with:

Straw and hay chopper DR-500 with cyclone:
The crusher crushes rectangular bales of straw and hay, and the cyclone separates and settles the crushed raw material from the air. Power consumption 11kW.

Bunker for uniform feed of raw materials SHTZ-200:
This unit consumes 0.75 kW of electricity, has a smooth regulation of the feed rate of raw materials using a frequency converter.

Humidification system:
The main elements of the humidification system are: an electric valve, a pump, a 200 liter water tank, a time relay. This system is connected to the feed auger, which allows adding the required, dosed amount of moisture during the movement of the biomass to the granulator. Power consumption 0.37 kW.

Reliable GRAND-300 pellet  mill :
The press granulator GRAND-300 can easily cope with various types of raw materials with a capacity of up to 400 kg / hour for pellets, and up to 1000 kg / hour for mixed feed. Also, different engines will be installed for various types of raw materials, for compound feed of 30 kW, and for a pellet of 22 kW.

Calibrator-cooler of finished granules BKO-200:
This unit performs the function of additional cooling of the product, since that, in turn, heats up during pressing. Also, this equipment will screen out dust and uneven granules using a special drum. This unit consumes 0.12 kW.

Closed exhaust system VP-2:
This device, with the help of its fan, circulates the air necessary for cooling the granules and collecting the calibrated residues of raw materials and dust in containers in the form of bags that are installed on it. Power consumption 1.5 kW.

Pellet cooling, filling and packaging system:
The conveyor feeds and precools the granule into the BO-600 cooler hopper. After the cooling process, the operator packs and seals the bags with finished products. Power consumption 5.37 kW.

Granulation line control panel:
Small dimensions and built-in cooling system of the automation makes the control panel reliable and convenient for installation next to the production line.

The line is capable of granulating various types of raw materials:

wood waste up to 300 kg / h;
straw up to 350 kg / hour;
agricultural biomass up to 1000 kg / h;
seeds up to 300 kg / hour;
