DESCRIPTION:
Fixed vertical dissolver for the storage and transfer of liquids, built in cylindrical in shape in AISI316L stainless steel for all parts in contact with the product and AISI304 for all external and accessory parts. The dissolver is thermally insulated from the outside and is equipped with a magnetic stirrer and heat resistance.

MAIN FEATURES:
The equipment is designed and tested according to high engineering standards, the machine provides the user with a high degree of quality and reliability designed to obtain the best possible results in terms of purity of the product. The dissolver is jacketed and is used for the dissolution of powder products in a liquid solution. On the upper bottom there are tri-clamp type nozzles and 100 mm diameter flanges. In the lower part there is a bottom flush valve, pneumatics and thermoresistance, magnetic stirrer. Tilting latches placed on the periphery of the upper flange of the container, allow the operator to facilitate opening for checks and inspections. The vessel is designed to be connected to the general grounding network of the factory. Internal surface mirror polished finish, sanitary fitting gaskets.
