Bitumen emulsion sprayer was specially created to economically and quickly spray cold bitumen emulsions for sealing asphalt pavements in small areas. This device is capable of covering 400 m² of bituminous emulsion in one hour of work, using 200 liters of emulsion.
Thanks to its small size and weight, the portable Bitumen emulsion sprayer is easy to transport. For stable use, the device is equipped with a heating and washing system. The bitumen emulsion is taken from a 200 liter drum, mounted on a sturdy frame directly to the device.
To facilitate loading containers, the Bitumen emulsion sprayer is equipped with a reversal system to pour the bitumen emulsion from an external container into a tank mounted on the device.
The heating system allows you to use the bituminous emulsion sprayer even in the cold season.
