(1) 5" Wide platen featuring a high speed orbital movement and combined back & forth oscillation to remove abrasive belt cross-grain scratches; platens designed with a quick change system for abrasive material.
(1) Nylon abrasive impregnated (150 grit) Cleaning / De-Nibbing brush, 10" dia., drive unit for brush rotation, brush wear adjustment via jack screws.
Double infeed and outfeed holddown pinch rollers; Variable feed speed 5 - 15 FPM.
Power raising and lowering of the conveyor bed with AUTO-SET feature, (4) DUFF-NORTON acme screw jacks under conveyor bed, 36" infeed conveyor area.
