The Transnova RUF230Uni-Packer is a compact packaging machine that operates on the side-loading principle. It is capable of creating various types of packaging, including folding cases (also known as American cases), trays, trays with lids, and wrap-around cases.

The machine is supplemented with a pre-grouping module, which allows diverse products to be placed in any desired packing pattern. This feature, along with its fast format changeover, low space requirements, and hygienic execution, characterizes the design of the Unipacker.

The machine is highly economical and can achieve outputs of up to 28 cases per minute. Its reliability and low maintenance costs are backed by the experience gained from several hundred installed Unipackers.

In addition, the Unipacker features a duplex robot case erector for process-reliable separating and erecting of up to 50 cases per minute. It also includes an automatic magazine set-up directly from the pallet by a loading robot, including removal and disposal of container strapping.

The 2012 model of the Transnova RUF230Uni-Packer also includes a Robotech glue applicator for securing folded boxes. This makes it a versatile solution for various packing needs.
