Henkelman tray sealers are suitable for packaging various products in a pre-formed tray. This semi-automatic sealing machine can seal as well as package under MAP conditions. Suitable for small to medium volumes, ideal for the small to medium food producer. Low investment, simplicity of use and flexibility explain the popularity of these machines. The molds can be easily exchanged thanks to the unique exchange system. The fully automatic sensor controls the vacuum and gas supply to create the optimum atmosphere in the packaging. This packing machine is equipped with a powerful 21m3/h Busch vacuum pump, which guarantees a fast packing cycle. This tray sealer is completely made of stainless steel.
