– 12″ X 56″ clear platen with (12) heads on 4.5″ centers. No side shift. Includes belt driven 100 HP AC motor with Siemens model 6se72-JCI31-8EB00-3AB0 inverter, 460 volt AC input.
– 90mm extruder supplying 1200 gram shot. Estimated through-put 750 lbs per hour.
– R2000 spin-off Uniloy bottle trimmer. Includes infeed and outfeed conveyor.
– Includes Foremost granulator for bottle scrap reclaim. Approximately 10HP motor and 14″ x 16″ throat with oversized hopper.
