Used Krones "Contiroll" automatic Rotary 15-station wrap-around glue labeller. Unit is capable of labeling 100-425 containers per minute. Can handle containers from 2" to 5" in diameter by up to 13-3/4" in height. Can handle labels from 6-1/2" to 16" in length and up to 9" wide.
Has 7.5" pitch (center distance) for container spacing. Has 3-1/4" wide conveyor with PARRALEL infeed discharge. Has 28" worm screw, bottle stop infeed and Starwheel infeed/discharge.
Includes redundant label heads and feed rollers for label transport for label transport with cut off Point control.
Has direct label application (without using transfer elements such as pallets), cold air system to secure label before discharge, quick change over material handling guides, and label head controllers, configured to support a linear infeed. Currently equipped with a set of change parts to run either 355ml, 414ml, 500ml, 591ml, 1 liter, or 1.5 liter. 3 phase, 60 Herz, 480 volt input.
