Work Table:
- Dual 60'' x 60'' aluminum multi function tables. The tables travel front to back and are equipped with integral plenums and T-slots for fixture mounting
Machine enclosure:
- Unit surrounds the machine on all 4 sides and consists of an aluminum framework with a combination of lexan and plastic panels. The unit has 4 doors, which allows loading/ unloading as well as access for tooling changes and maintenance.
Part hold-down:
- Table equipped for vacuum hold-down. includes dual 2'' diameter high-flow plumbing ports with single on/ off control along with 3'' diameter vacuum hose channel from table to machine base.
Tooling:
- 7.5 HP dual end, high fgrequency router spindle, variable programmable speed 3000 to 18000 RPM. Maximum collet size is 5/8''. Includes (2) covernuts and (2) 1/4'', (2) 3/8'', and (2) 1/2'' collets. Allows continuous axis 5 rotation. Requires 15 CFM at 90 PSI.
