Equipped with 132" long x 4-1/2" wide Delran stainless steel container conveyor with no-container / no-cap senser, 36" long x 16" deep cap hopper magnetic star, cap selector and adjustable cap chute with cap detector and 7" wide x 4-1/2" high aperture x 60" long steam cap closure chamber has 75 lbs per square inch dry steam requirements, 3/4 gallon per minute at 50 psi water requirements, with container stabilizing side belts. Control panel has speed, exhaust and hopper control switches with start, stop / reset / e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with height adjustable leveling legs.
