DESCRIPTION:
The KWE Series is a modular checkweighing system, designed to meet the requirements of today’s phar¬maceutical production. The main target in the design of the KWE 200M is pharmaceutical safety combined with easy operation and the flexibility that is essential for meeting the changing demands of the market.
This unit is a dynamometric compensated cell checkweigher equipped with electronic weighing apparatus and relative control panel. The machine signals the weights of packages that pass on the weighing belt.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, manufacturing, food industries.

MAIN FEATURES:
The checkweigher is equipped with adjustable controls for the infeed belt, weighing conveyor and the exit belt. The object to be controlled is received through the infeed conveyor and reaches the weighing belt. This conveying system is realized in one piece and therefore has no junction points - this ensures an operation without any vibration. The values determined by the dynamometric weighing cell are processed in accordance with the defined limit values and, consequently, the allocation is made in the classes established. Objects not in accordance with weight can be discarded by means of an apparatus of expulsion. With the checkweigher in "weighing operation" modality it is possible to go back over: Total packages checked, the total of 'Good' packages, the total of packakes under-/overweight, weight differences, average weights etc.
