IPM allows the mold to communicate with other
molding equipment such as the molding machine,
host computer, pressure transducers, valve gate
opening/closing verification, cooling/heater
water flow temperatures and more.
With the IPM the mold can control its own
molding conditions and set up parameters. It can
communicate process parameters, alarms and status
updates to the satellite equipment and
auxillaries.
