With this R 245 Multivac thermoformer you can easily and quickly pack food and non-food products in plastic packaging. This packing machine is equipped with a top and bottom labeling machine. The Multivac MR625 OP top web cross web labeller labels the packaging at the top. This labeling machine is suitable for labeling different formats and for marking uneven packages. The MR635 UP under labeller labels the packaging on the underside. This packaging machine is also equipped with a Multivac MR299 printing system. You can place the desired inkjet printer on this for marking up to 4 lines of text. The printing system can print in the length and width direction. The residual foil on the sides is cut into small pieces with a shredder, after which they are sucked up in a bag by the extraction system. This machine is equipped with a built-in Dansensor 8000-2 gas MAP mixer. This unit mixes the gas mixture with which the product is packaged in MAP. This thermoformer has a stretch preheating station so that printed bottom foil can be processed without deformation of the printed bottom foil. This machine is completely made of stainless steel.
