The Digilab / BioRobotics BioGrid Robot Microarrayer Model BG600 is a compact robot for gridding out the contents of 96 or 384 well microtitre plates onto membranes, and for the replication of libraries. A bank of 24 plates (96/384 wells) allows the making of up to 24 filters of 8 x 12 cm2 or 4 filters of 22 x 22 cm2. Tools with 96 or 384 pins can be used to grid at densities up to 64 times (8 x 8). This robot is perfect for spotting PCR products or bacterial colonies on Nylon membranes. The library replication capacity is also very nice.
