The product goes into the bottom of the first fermenter and flows out at a constant rate, depending on the processing capacity. The plant is set out to run for 16 hours to allow for fermentation.
5. Beer is fed from the beer tanks to the columns, where ethanol is separated and transferred to
storage tanks.
