1. Sale is - as is and as where is terms. Equipment location West Coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
2. The gas and steam turbines and the generators are part of power producing plant retired after contractual power supply period.
3. The sale includes specific available auxiliary equipment associated with Gas Turbines and other strategic available spare parts, details will be provided upon establishment of contacts with potential buyer.
4. All major inspection documentation, engineering documentation, as built documentation, operations manuals, maintenance manual and records and scheduled maintenance shut down records shall be part of the sale package.
5. All major historical inspection and maintenance data of the said equipment are available, details will be provided upon establishment of contacts with potential buyer.
6. Only the said turbines, generators and the available associated parts are included in this sale, all other balance of the power plant such as HRSG Boiler, Transformers and other equipment are excluded. This can be a separate offer upon request.
