Used instant coffee packaging line with the capacity 100 sachet packages per minute. Main equipment of the line:
a) 150 liter feeding mixer. Size parameters – 2470x880x1750mm. Electric parameters – 2.2KW, 380V, 50Hz.
b) VOLPAK model SL-90 (Spain) form fill and seal packaging machine with the capacity 45-100 sachet packages per minute with min size 45x50m and max size of 90x115mm. Roll size – max diameter 300mm, max width 230mm. Sleeve diameter 70mm. Sealing width 5mm. Sealing type – linear. Air parameters – Pressure approximately 5 bar, Volume approximately 8 m3/h. Electric parameters – 380V, 5.1A, 50Hz, 3ph, 3.4kVA. Packaging material parameters – Three layers food grade polypropylene film with internal metallic lining.
c) GAMMA model A form fill and seal packaging machine with the capacity 55 sachet bags per minute. Was used to pack 20-40 small sachets into a bigger one with size 290x240mm. Roll size – diameter 500mm, width 180-500mm. Air parameters – Pressure 6 bar, Volume 300 ltr/min. Electric parameters – 50Hz, 220V, 3ph. Packaging material parameters – Two layers food grade polypropylene film 25-35 micron. Weight 450 kg.
d) Also included screw and bailer transporters.
Previously used on instant coffee, reported that machine can be used on different type bulk materials like sugar, tea, milk powder, etc.
