The JST Manufacturing STP00091 Modular Workstation / Fixture Rinse Tank is a modular workstation containing the JST DT921DDA Controller and JST Quick Dump Rinser. The workstation houses the process and rinse baths mounted on removable support bars. Plumbing components are located in the rear for easy access. Electrical controllers, switches and flow meters are located in an enclosure which provides a safe, easily accessible area for servicing.

DT921DDA
The JST Manufacturing DT921DDA is a Microprocessor based Quick DumpRinser. It is a self-contained unit that is capable of implementing several different dump-rinsing techniques. It contains all of the necessary pneumatics to directly operate a standard system.

Quick Dump Rinser
The JST Manufacturing Quick Dump Rinser supplies Deinoized (DI) water from the bottom of the bath through ports that direct the flow up and across the products surface. his upward flow lifts the particles and chemicals away from the product and over the four sided overflow weir.
