The Canadian Freeness Tester determines the drainability of pulp suspensions. Drainability is the measurable index of the efficiency of refining process.

Refining of pulps is one of the most important stages in the paper production process and because it consumes much energy and strongly influences the sheet forming and physical properties.

This bench top operated equipment includes levelling feet and a precision bulls-eye level. Lids for the drainage chamber are pneumatically driven to ensure simple, accurate and quick operation.
