This protein tar breading line was completely overhauled in 2018. This line consists of one separate egg white machine and one separate breading machine. Both machines are mobile and adjustable in height. Both machines have a blow-off unit (air knives) that blow off the batter and breading agent. The machines are easy to clean because they can be completely disassembled. This egg white tar and breading line is ideal for coating, marinating and sprinkling convenience products using egg white, breadcrumbs, tempura, marinade and spices. This line is suitable for medium and large productions and can be placed inline. These coating machines can be widely used in various sectors such as convenience, snack, meat, fish, poultry, vegan and pet food production. These machines are completely made of stainless steel.
