A very robust compression machine the R53 features a forged steel turret head with very durable hard chromium plating to the working surfaces, replaceable wear bushings in the punch guides, replaceable stainless steel wear plates on the die table.
The unique air compensator system on the compression mechanism enables products / tablets to be produced to either constant density or thickness. The penetration of the upper punches into the guide is adjustable from 0 -15mm.
The press is equipped with a remotely sited ‘Omni Control’ system, which automatically regulates the die filling mechanism, to maintain constant tablet density. Out of specification tablets are automatically rejected.
