The 605 soft separator from Baader is a high performance separation machine. It effortlessly separates the soft parts from the hard product. In addition to separating meat from bones, the separator can also separate fat from tendons, remove bones from fish, extract puree and juice from fruit and vegetables. It is a perfect machine for separating meat, fish, chicken, turkey, game and fish. The pressing belt feeds the product to a perforated drum and pushes the soft components through the holes of the drum. The solid components remain outside the drum. The ratio between yield and quality can be influenced by adjusting the pressure roller. BAADER guarantees the highest yield and superior quality. This machine is equipped with a standard trolley lift (200L) and an automatic product supply via a funnel.
