DESCRIPTION:
This Rotary Tablet Press machine is constructed of welded steel, all parts that are in contact with the product are in stainless steel. Supplied with 29 single punch stations.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, plastic material industry.

MAIN FEATURES:
The main parts of the machine are:
Powder feed hopper with cover positioned on the front of the machine.
Forced conveyor located between the hopper and the surface of the drum; It is composed of more rotary sectors that with the motion fill the cavities with the powder.
Drum is the rotating part of the machine, on it are mounted twenty-nine molds; It is driven by variable speed drive.
Molds. They consist of matrix, upper punch and lower punch. The machine uses molds type "D EURONORM".
Precompression. The machine is equipped with precompression station consists of a fixed lower roller and an upper adjustable to increase or decrease the load on the upper punch.
Compression. The group is located after the pre-compression and is composed of a wheel of compression of the upper punch and a system for adjusting the position and preload of the springs that act on the wheel of lower compression.
Extraction. It is a switch placed on the drum at the same height of the conveyor, which directs the tablets out of the car blown upwards by the bottom punch.
Motorization. Formed by a motor via a pulley that transmits the movement to the gearbox oil bath.
