Tonazzi Colibri 80 fully automatic aluminium tube filling and sealing machine.

Stainless steel construction. Inclined plane empty tube infeed automatically loads empty tubes into the tube holders on the twelve station indexing turret.
The turret is equipped with automatic registration system tube orientation.
Tube size range 10-50 mm dia.
Full adjustment for tube height.
Filling range 3ml up to 390ml max, dependant on the product pump fitted.
Speed up to 80 tubes per min subject to fill volume and product viscosity.
"No tube No fill" sensor fitted.
5mm dia filling nozzle presently fitted via a rotary valve.
316 grade stainless steel product hopper 40 litre capacity with electric stirrer drive (requires the paddle blade).
Fully safety guarded with electrical interlocks.

Overall dimensions approx 1090 x 2050 x 2200 mm high.

Approx. weight 880 kg. Tubeholders for: 17mm Ø (on m/c); 21mm Ø; 26mm Ø.

Note, the filler has all new electric system fitted.
