Used Wood pellet line complete 1.2 ton/hour

A complete line for the production of wood pellets with a capacity of 1.2 tons per hour from wood chipping and handling to the final product of wood pellet packed in nylon bags.

The complete line was designed by Italian engineering company FIDA who also has its own transport equipment, silos and conveyers. All the drawing and schematics and documentation is available.

Compleete line was inspected and refurbished so it is ready for use for many years to come. Its overall operating hours on most equipment is below 500 hours which is practically new equipment.

It only requires 2 employes to operate per shift.

The line consists of:
1. Wood chipper capacity of 50 m3/hour
2. Mills for grinding wood chips
3. Dryer for drying wood chips and sawdust
4. Storage silos and conveyor belts
5. General Dies press with silo, cooler and accompanying equipment
6. Packing plant for pellets

The complete line, almost the same as the one on sale, can be seen installed and in operation for reference before installation.
