Variovac Primus is the latest generation thermoforming packaging machine. The design of the machine is based on new, very stable profiles, and at the same time represents the highest degree of hygiene. Access to any place of the device is very simple and quick, thanks to hinged side panels. The operation of the machine is also very easy thanks to the control panel in a friendly graphic form. The packaging machine is the fastest of all in its class. The use of the latest Rexroth pneumatic valves meant that the machine has a 20-25% higher speed compared to the devices available on the market. The Variovac PRIMUS is the best solution for a plant that is looking for a durable, versatile and ergonomic agricultural machine.
The machine, up to a length of 6 meters, can be transported with a forklift or stacker without any additional assistance.
Chain guides prepared as standard for the integrated CIP cleaning system.
Uncomplicated and quick change of the size of packages and foil rolls: at the forming station by the inserted bridge, at the closing station by the system of interchangeable plates, also easy exchange of the shaft with knives.
