This Veeco Dektak SXM Atomic Force Microscope includes the controller cabinet with computer, as shown. looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It powers up, as shown in the photos above, and I was able to access the computer and software, but I'm really now sure how to test it. Among other things, it features an Equipe ATM Wafer Handling Robot and Prealigner, and it includes a couple manuals, and five CD Tips (one is marked bad), as shown. I lack the knowledge and equipment to formally test this system, and it is being sold as-is. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 44"L x 76"W x 61"H.
