The VI TECHNOLOGY 8K, a product of 2017, is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine equipped with a 3D Dual lane and a newly integrated 3D sensor. It offers a resolution of approximately 20µ x 20 µ x 0.7 µ (xyz) and is compatible with the 5K/7K/9K HW platform. The machine features a precision XY gantry and high-speed linear motors with closed-loop high-resolution linear encoders. It also includes an automatic conveyor width adjustment for boards up to 533 mm x 610 mm [21” x 24”]. The PCB size in dual lane mode is 2 x 432x325mm, and in single lane mode, it is 432x600mm. The machine is equipped with a high-resolution & high-speed digital camera with 3232 x 2372 pixels and uses the Vi3D software. An electronic user manual is provided for ease of use.
