Viking Masek automatic packing line for stick packs comprising:

ST560 10-lane stick pack filling machine, suitable for sticks 16 to 55mm wide, and from 60 to 180mm long. Maximum foil width 560mm. Stick size currently fixed at 23mm wide. The length is adjustable. Includes pumps for liquid filling, as well as 10-lane auger filler for powder filling. Output up to 55 cycles per minute (mechanically 80/minute). Fitted with Domino inkjet coding device.

Transfer conveyor to the cartoning machine, including count and fill device for bulk cartoning

KSH30 automatic cartoning machine with hot melt glue closure, up to 60 cartons per minute, including pre-folded leaflet inserter, Domino inkjet printer, checking and reject of faulty cartons.
