We has been looking for the strategic Company Partner (Co-Partner), which would have competences, funds / resources and interest in acquisition and relocation of the above-mentioned unused complete asset for fulfillment of turnkey decentralized power/energy generation project.
We aimed to establish long-term business relationship with Co-Partners specializing as the experienced EPC-contractor or Service provider or Developer engaged and focused in any of business areas:
- OEM independent service providers: design, engineering, equipment supply, delivery or relocation, construction, dismantling, installation, commissioning and startup of natural gas fueled WARTSILA generating sets and experienced in fulfillment of turnkey power/energy generation solutions;
- OEM independent Operation and Maintenance, Overhauling service provider of Wartsila gensets;
- Independent power producers, which own and operate similar power generation facilities – WARTSILA gas engine natural gas fired power plants (20V34SG gensets preferably), developers/operators (BOO) of WARTSILA power plants.
Non-obligatory bids, non-binding letters of intent for a purchase formally issued by prospective Co-Partners for contracting of the unused Wartsila complete CHP turnkey power generation solution are welcome for to initiate partnership.
